Billy Klassen
Billy's been swinging a hammer since before most guys his age knew what a speed square was. He's the kind of foreman who can walk a frame and spot a problem before the inspector even pulls up — and he's been doing it in Alberta cold for over a decade.
His standard is simple: "Would I be proud to drive past this house in 20 years?" If the answer's yes, the job's done right.
Herman Thiessen
Herman is the guy on site who makes sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine — materials staged right, crew coordinated, schedule protected. He's got a sixth sense for what's about to go sideways before it does.
